Yoga for Hornets
Students have the option of taking the after-school bus once the program ends at 5:15. If you would like your child to ride the bus home, please return the transportation letter that was sent home as soon as possible. Parents also have the option of picking their child up from school at 5:15.
Story
Namaste! Could your child benefit from calming strategies to help ease the pressures of school life? Does your child enjoy physical activity mixed with a little bit of calm...and a bit of laughter with peers? Then you should try Yoga for Hornets! This after-school session will enlighten your child to the basics of Yoga to include moves and poses to increase physical strength, flexibility and calming strategies.
