Emmett Strong Sunshine Foundation

The Emmett Strong Sunshine Foundation is an official 501c3 non-profit located in Wausau, WI.

Our mission is to empower families in North-Central Wisconsin facing the overwhelming challenges of childhood cancer and other severe medical hardships. We aim to provide vital support, share moments of joy, and create little rays of sunshine during their journey. 

Our vision is to create a community of families in this area of North-Central Wisconsin that can rally around each other, share knowledge and insight, and make the world a less scary place for parents experiencing medical hardship for their children. 

☀️ Sunshine is a metaphor. Sunshine helped our daughter Harper understand how medicine was fighting Emmett's "cancer clouds." 🌧️ Sunshine has become the heart of our foundation's work – spreading good and bringing light to those who need it most.
