The Empowerment Fund is our always on fundraiser fueling WEMN’s mission year-round — supporting mentor training, student programming, and scholarships. Your gift helps us say “yes” to opportunity, growth, and the next generation of leaders.

The Women’s Empowerment Mentor Network™ (WEMN) of NW Arkansas is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit launched in 2023 dedicated to cultivating generations of confident, connected, and empowered young women. Since our first inaugural mentor circle in 2024, we’ve provided structured mentorship, skill-building programs, fiscal awareness, community engagement, and a scholarship, WEMN provides a progressive circles and 2:1 mentoring models starting with high school juniors and continuing through college and into early career years. The organization leverages a diverse board of directors, targeted fundraising, and strategic grant acquisition to ensure sustainable growth and long-term community impact. Learn more at WEMNNWA.org
