Empower Representation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing free Social Security disability advocacy and representation nationwide.

Our mission is simple: individuals seeking Social Security disability benefits should have access to knowledgeable representation regardless of their ability to pay.

We do not charge our clients representation fees or take a percentage of their back pay. Our goal is to ensure that 100% of a claimant’s retroactive and future benefits remain with the claimant.

While our representation is provided at no cost to our clients, providing that representation is not without cost.

Every case requires time, technology, secure communications, case-management resources, medical evidence development, document preparation, records processing, postage, administrative support, and other essential operating expenses. We also need resources to reach individuals and families across the country who may not know that free representation is available.
