Ephemera Obscura is a non-profit which work preserves and promotes materials from creative music communities from the late 20th century through today and into the future. It presents concerts featuring these historical artists and their 21st-century counterparts. Through its various programs, it supports and celebrates works in the collection, promoting accessibility for improvisers and experimental musicians. The organization furthers neurodiversity awareness and promotes creative work from artists across the neurodiversity spectrum and seeks to engage populations outside the contemporary music scene.
