Vision 2025 – To equip 500 Influential Leaders

Over the years, you have journeyed with us as we equipped and sent 265 empowered young men from the Leadership Institute to communities across North Central India! We have an exciting new opportunity to reach young leaders where they live.

The Leadership Center Online program has the potential to equip and empower 500 leaders by 2025! With India being the most populous nation with a median age of 28, our goal is to invest in leadership to usher in socio-economic transformation in rural communities, particularly in educationally under-served tribal communities.

These young men have many dreams! Some wish to become community leaders, while others envision being educators, entrepreneurs, healthcare workers, and so on.

We have identified 10 accessible sites central to the regions we currently work in, with no additional staff required. All program coordination will be conducted by the staff at the Leadership Institute, our existing technology team, and by training our current field workers.
