A Healing Evening for Women Who Have Experienced Pregnancy and Infant Loss

The holidays can be a time of deep emotion and tender memories. Join us for an evening designed to nurture your heart, honor your journey, and help you find calm amid the season’s challenges.

During this workshop, Anne Brady, LISW-S will guide us in understanding how to protect your peace during the holidays — offering gentle tools and compassionate insights for navigating gatherings, emotions, and expectations with grace and self-compassion.

Next will be a Restorative Sound Bath with Tracey Kubic of Harmony Within You Sound Therapy. A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive, full mind and body meditation experience. With intention, Tracey plays instruments to support your nervous system, gently guiding you into deep rest and relaxation.

This is a ticketed event. Let the Light In is covering a portion of the event to minimize your cost to attend. There are minimal scholarships available. Should you need a scholarship, please reach out to kami@ltli.org

About Anne
Anne is a social worker with a private therapy practice specializing in treating anxiety and trauma in Columbus, OH. She offers clinical and community workshops on emotional wellness and has a passion for helping people reconnect to themselves, change how they view self-care, and find their way to wellness.

About Tracey
Tracey is a former Dietitian and Diabetes Educator who now helps women relieve stress, reconnect with themselves, and support their nervous systems through the healing power of sound. She is the founder of Harmony Within You Sound Therapy in Dublin. She has completed the 200-hour Sonic Mastery System Sound Healing training course, and is certified in Sound Therapy through the International Sound Therapy Association (ISTA). She is also certified in 1:1 on-the-body Vibrational Sound Therapy (VST) through the Vibrational Sound Association (VSA).

What is a Sound Bath?
A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive, full mind and body meditation experience. With intention, Tracey plays instruments to support your nervous system, gently guiding you into deep rest and relaxation. No meditation experience is required!

How Can This Help You?
This gentle, restorative experience offers many mental, emotional, and physical benefits. Sound baths can help calm the nervous system, ease stress and tension, quiet the mind, and support deeper rest and better sleep. It’s a simple yet powerful way to bring your body, mind, and spirit back into harmony. You just have to experience it once to understand the benefits of it!

What Should I Bring and Wear?
You’ll be lying comfortably on the floor during the Sound Bath. To help you relax fully, please bring something to lie on, such as a yoga mat, blanket, or sleeping bag, along with a pillow or two and a blanket for warmth and comfort. You’re welcome to bring any items that help you settle into your comfort zone. An eye mask or eye pillow can help enhance your experience, though it’s completely optional. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to rest easily and unwind.
