In June of 2019, our 3 year old daughter, Harper was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia and received treatment (including a bone marrow transplant) at CHOC in Orange, CA. While there, we were introduced to MaxLove Project. This organization recognizes the critical space outside of standard medical treatment that is essential for comprehensive healing. By understanding the pivotal role of nutritional education, integrative healthcare, therapeutic social support and inclusion of family, a foundation of hope and community is created. These resources have been instrumental in our family’s growth, sense of stability and focus on the future. Today, Harper is a happy, energetic (8 year old) child who loves art, running and teaching our dog, Louie new tricks. We’d welcome any donation you could graciously provide.
