Global displacement from disasters and conflicts has reached a staggering 114 million people, and that number is only expected to rise. As long as the need for shelter continues, ShelterBox is committed to responding to areas in the world that lack the resources to self-recover, and areas where the capacities to respond are overwhelmed.

ShelterBox is the official Rotary International partner in disaster relief. ShelterBox can provide different combinations of emergency shelter aid depending on what is needed. This could be sending tents and shelter kits, stoves, thermal blankets and clothing to keep people warm through the freezing winter nights. It could be cash to help people buy what they need to survive. Or it could be solar lights that help people when there is no electricity, water filters for safe drinking water, mosquito nets and more.

Fryeburg Academy Interact Club have set our sights at becoming a ShelterBox HERO club. A HERO club is awarded when total giving reaches $1000 (bronze), $3000 (silver) and $5,000 (gold).

Help us become a ShelterBox HERO! For every $1,000 raised up to 10 families can be reached, we would love to help as many families as possible this school year.
