Faculty & Staff Endowment Campaign

Over the last few years, the Board of Trustees has made a conscious effort to increase our endowment. Endowment growth is critical to the long term financial health of Friends Academy. 

Currently, we are working on building a dedicated fund within the endowment earmarked for faculty and staff compensation. For a school like ours, salaries and benefits are closely linked to tuition revenue. In order to have tuition rise at a sustainable rate for our families AND compensate our faculty and staff fairly, we seek to generate additional, non-tuition funds. Growing the endowment is a powerful way to add needed funds to our budget each year to attract and retain the best faculty/staff.
