Thank you for registering for the upcoming Family Flourishing Sesh! Within the next few days, you will receive a calendar invitation from rosie@vonlila.com with the zoom information. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED: (1) Zoom audio & video, (2) paper, (3) pencil. We like to use a large spiral-bound art paper pad -- it's 14x17" (you can get one at any art store), which gives lots of space for the session. We keep all our Family Flourishing Sessions in this notebook, which allows us to refer back to past sessions and track our progress. Lastly, we prefer pencil over pen, as we often revise details while doing the session.
