The FHS Safe and Sane Graduation Celebration will be held at the Adventure Park USA (11113 W Baldwin, Monrovia, MD 21770) the evening of graduation. This is an exciting event that the students look forward to from the time they enter high school. It is a time for them to celebrate their successes, say their goodbyes, and pass on their well-wishes to their classmates – all in a fun, safe environment.

THINGS TO KNOW!

Safe and Sane Event: Tuesday May 27-Wednesday May 28, 2025 from 10PM-4AM.

What to bring: FHS school ID or driver’s license, cell phone, comfortable shoes and clothing; warm clothing for outdoor games and rides
(temperatures can be as low as 40 or 50 degrees at night). A rain poncho/coat is a good idea (rain is expected the night of this event), A small bag/backpack to carry your things.

Vapes, alcohol, drugs are NOT permitted and will result in removal and parent picking you up from Adventure Park early.

Tickets: Cost is $100. Online payments are accepted through noon on Monday May 26, 2025. Students may register at Frederick High (outside where the buses will pick up students) the evening of May 27th starting at 9pm. We will only accept cash or check if the student is registering at Frederick High on May 27th.

Arrival and Departure: Each student will be transported to and from the venue via bus. Parents are encouraged to drive their student to and from FHS before and after the event since they will be up all night and will be tired. We recommend students have their cell phones so they can communicate with you when to pick them up at FHS on the morning of May 28.

Arrive at FHS to check in and board the bus between 9:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. on May 27, 2025.

Bus doors will close at 9:30 p.m. Students registering the evening of the event will be on a final bus (after the 9:30 bus) to Adventure Park. There will be no refunds for anyone arriving after the last bus leaves.

A final confirmation email for students who preregistered (completed their Safe & Sane registration and submitted payment online prior to May 27) will be sent on Monday 5/25/2025 from mmskidmore75@gmail.com. Fair warning, often the emails I send are blocked by the recipient and bounce back to me, so if you know you paid and registered, please show up for the event.

**We are sorry, but no tickets will be sold at the door of Adventure Park**

Please note that attendees must stay the entire evening unless special arrangements are made with the Safe & Sane Committee by May 23, 2025. Any student wishing to leave the event early is required to be signed out by a parent and will not be readmitted.

Departure from Adventure Park: Buses will start leaving Adventure park around 3:15am in shifts. Students should start arriving at FHS between 3:30-4:30am back to FHS.

This event is NOT sponsored by Frederick High School or Frederick County Public Schools. It is an event put together by senior parent, guardian and caretaker volunteers. The more adults who volunteer or donate, the more successful the experience will be.
