Donation Drive - CarePoint Community Center
Donating today will support the FINAL phase of construction of the CarePoint Community Center in El Oreganal!
In order to implement all the programs that are needed and be able to include all of the children, a new CarePoint Community Center is being built. We have funded the foundational phases of the project and work begins soon – employing many in the village as well.

We believe in a Hand Up not a Hand-out! We address the complex causes of poverty, focusing on spiritual, emotional, social, economic, and educational needs. We believe that change occurs when one community partners with another.
We combat malnutrition, feeding and educating them on sustainable agriculture. We provide access to education, empowering children with the knowledge and skills they need to break the cycle of poverty. We enable self-sufficiency through training the parents of the children in skills required for income generation - learning a trade and prioritizing investing in their own futures. We encourage self-sustainability by coming alongside local leadership in the village as they lead themselves out of poverty. We foster the growth of strong, Christ-centered communities that provide support, encouragement, and opportunities for everyone.
Our partnership with El Oreganal, Guatemala has already enabled over 140 children to participate in educational and developmental activities! One of the first phases in the next step is the construction of the CarePoint Community Center. A CarePoint is the heart of the community! It is a single structure where people can come together to encourage and support each other as they navigate through poverty. In order to implement all the programs that are needed and be able to include all of the children, a new CarePoint Community Center is being built. We have already funded the foundational phases of the project and work begins soon – employing many in the village as well. We still need to raise $150,000 to finalize the CarePoint and provide the infrastructure that supports their efforts towards self-sufficiency. We succeed when they no longer need us!
Thank you for considering this invitation to join us in making a difference. Together, we can turn hope into reality and transform lives for the better.
