Thank you for your interest in the AMP Academy. If you are a returning participant who has already completed the Insights Discovery assessment, please select the Returning Participant option at a reduced fee. 

If you need to set up a payment plan, select either the New Participant or Returning Participant option, and at the checkout cart, select "Check" as your payment option and mail in a deposit of $50 and a Amplify staff member will reach out to you to set up a payment plan.
