The First Responder Coaching Foundation (FRCF), was created to support First Responder Coaching (FRC), a service and education organization that provides coaching services and training to all branches of the first responder community. These disciplines include Law Enforcement, Fire Services, Corrections, EMS, Dispatch, and our Military. **

Coaching is offered as a proactive approach to assist community members with aspects of their lives that cause stress in families and relationships. In the first responder community, this is compounded by the high stress within the work environment. FRC sells coaching services to individuals, departments, and organizations within the first responder community. FRC also sells a 6 and a 12-week coach certification program for those who desire to work with FRC to provide these services.

However, as departments and organizations accross the country are purchasing coaching services for their membership, the spouses and family members are not gaining access to those sessions. This gap in support for the direct supporters of our First Responders needs to be addressed.

The monies raised through the FRC Foundation will be used to give a spouse or family member of each department and organization who contracts with FRC access to a FREE session for each one purchased by the department and organization.

We believe that the spouses and family members deserve access to coaching as they navigate the challenges their first responders face on the job during each and every shift.
