Fredonia Musicians Give Back 2026

The Fredonia High School Tri-M Music Honor Society is honored to partner with P.U.N.T Pediatric Cancer Collaborative for our 2026 “All Concert Season”! Our chapter is sponsoring a fundraiser where all proceeds will be donated directly to P.U.N.T, an impactful and invaluable resource for families in Western New York facing the challenges of pediatric cancer.

We are hopeful our school and Fredonia community will consider supporting this important cause by donating and attending one of our "All Concerts” in 2026!

P.U.N.T. has (6) programs to support families facing pediatric cancer and loss in Western New York that include:

Helping Hands is a critical safety net to help families make ends meet for basic living expenses by paying bills directly to alleviate the most pressing financial hardships.

Dawson’s Locker aids with the day-to-day costs of pediatric cancer by providing gas and grocery cards and hospital parking and cafeteria vouchers. These items are distributed by our psychosocial teammates at both Oishei Children’s Hospital’s inpatient unit and Roswell Park’s pediatric clinic. This program is named in honor of Buffalo Bills Tight Ends and P.U.N.T. champion Dawson Knox.

Ultimate Compassion bereavement efforts center around an annual “Remembrance Weekend” retreat and funeral assistance for every child in our community who is lost to cancer.

Adopt-a-Family brightens the holiday season for patients and their families by fulfilling wish lists.

Fields of Dreams gives patients referred by hospital psychologists for being most in need of a morale boost a special gift, experience, or opportunity

Game Day offers a child fighting cancer and their family a memorable opportunity to cheer on our Buffalo Bills at Highmark Stadium in the comfort and security of a private suite.

Make your donation here, share with friends and family!
