FTK Soiree 2023
Thursday from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM EDT
In Person
Enjoy an end-of-summer celebration while overlooking Lake Michigan at Camp Blodgett's For the Kids Summer Soiree. This fundraising event begins at 6 pm with drinks on the deck and continues with dinner from Slows BAR-BQ with Camp Blodgett alumni and a brief program sharing more about supporting our work. The event offers a silent auction, camp swag, and donation opportunities that create access to educational and recreational programs for low-income children.
Story
Camp Blodgett was founded by a group of women in 1921 as a non-profit focused on providing outdoor experiences for orphaned children in West Michigan. Over the last century, our programming has evolved from solely a summer camp experience to a variety of year-round programs benefitting 8-17-year-old children and teens in Kent and Ottawa counties.
We believe ALL kids, regardless of income, deserve access to opportunity. Your support directly supports access to our educational and recreational programs. From summer camp fees based on a sliding scale to free school-year educational and leadership programs, Camp Blodgett consistently provides affordable recreational and educational experiences for the kids in our community.
