$25,000 in 2025, our final phase of the "Burn the Mortgage" campaign. 

In 2024, we celebrated 55 years and to commemorate this special occasion, we launched our “Burn the Mortgage” campaign to pay off the mortgage. Our goal is to pay off the entire mortgage balance by December 31, 2025.
