Financial Women’s Association’s (FWA’s) Educational Initiatives are dedicated to the education, development, and advancement of underserved, high-potential high school, undergraduate, and graduate school women interested in careers in finance. Since 1986, 6500+ female scholars have received guidance and tools to achieve success in the classroom and our alumnae are pursuing careers at more than 50 well-known firms.

And our impact is growing dramatically! In just the past two years, FWA, along with its corporate and academic partners, touched the lives of nearly 900 students through scholarships, mentorship programs, educational resources, leadership training, and networking opportunities
