Thank you for supporting Literary Agents of Change. We are thrilled to offer these anti-bias programs from Navien Shaabneh. Our goal is to provide even more detailed and advanced training in the coming years and any amounts exceeding our goal of $6,000 will be earmarked for that purpose.

Born out of the DEI Committee of the American Association of Literary Agents, Literary Agents of Change is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing access, education, and support to individuals from historically marginalized, underrepresented, and BIPOC communities wishing to establish themselves as agents in the publishing industry.
