Kappa Delta Chi Emerald Foundation is hosting an online fundraising competition to increase monthly contributors and raise money for the Emerald Foundation in our continued efforts to support our members and chapters. Each chapter, including alumni chapters, that acquire at least five new monthly sustainers will be entered into a drawing and the winning chapter will be awarded a grant of $1,000 for their chapter.

Chapters- create a page and start fundraising! It is easy, here’s how:
1. Click: Fundraise
2. Click: Edit Page and then name your team “School Name, Chapter”. For example, Texas Tech University, Alpha Chapter. If you are an Alumni Chapter, please indicate that in your name.
3. Click: Edit Story to personalize your page (optional).
4. Then you are ready to share your Chapter’s page to start fundraising.
5. Click: Share my page and SHARE.

Competition guidelines:
1. For non-alumni chapters to be entered into the drawing for a grant, you must acquire a minimum of
five new monthly contributors giving a minimum of $5 per month. The monthly contributors do not have to be members of Kappa Delta Chi. They can include family, friends, etc.
2. For Alumni Chapters to be entered into the drawing for a grant, your alumni chapter must acquire a
minimum of 5 new monthly contributors giving $19.87 per month.
3. For every additional 5 monthly contributors your chapter will receive a one additional entry into the
drawing.
4. The competition ends at 11:55pm CST on October 28, 2022

We encourage you to share your page as often as possible to acquire as many new monthly contributors as possible.
