Falcon Families Fall Craft & Vendor Fair 2023

Full booth (10’ x 10’): $40
One company/vendor per booth space (no shared booths).
You provide tables and any other display components. Your display must be completely contained with your booth. Each booth includes up to 2 chairs.
We will be holding a raffle drawing during the event. We would appreciate optional donations.
Doors will be open at 7:00 AM for you to set up your booth. Booths must be set up by 8:50 and remain set up until the end of the event. Raffle items can be dropped off at check-in. We will accept only one vendor per company. The committee reserves the right to limit like companies. A booth is not guaranteed until confirmation has been sent.
We have a limited number of booths with electrical access; we will do our best to accommodate all requests, but they will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. Vendors requesting electricity should plan to bring their own extension cords.
As in the past, no spaces will be reserved without payment. Checks will be held and cashed on Friday October 20, 2023. No refunds after that point. Booth selling/swapping is subject to committee approval.
If our Vendor Fair is cancelled, all uncashed checks will be destroyed within 3 days of the decision. For completed payments, reimbursements will be sent (electronically or by check) within 10 days of the decision.
Falcon Families of SFES will not endorse any products or services provided by your company for this event and is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items or injuries during the event.
