At The Reutlinger Community, our team members are the heart of everything we do. They care for residents with compassion, professionalism, and dedication, ensuring our community remains a safe, vibrant, and nurturing place to live.

The Judy Fancher Employee Appreciation Fund was created to honor and thank these exceptional team members during the holiday season. Each year, residents and families are invited to contribute to this fund, which provides equal holiday bonuses to eligible front-line staff. These include caregivers, housekeepers, kitchen and dining staff, receptionists, drivers, and others who work directly to support our residents. Senior management does not receive bonuses from this fund.
