Spay/Neuter Certificate Program

The Spay/Neuter Certificate Program helps low-income residents of Yavapai County have their cats and dogs altered at a minimal cost at the UAF Snip n’ Go™ Clinic or participating local veterinary clinics. This program reduces pet homelessness by preventing pregnancies that increase the homeless pet population.
