For runners:

Upon arrival, head to the Registration Desk to check-in and pick up your Swag Bag, which includes your race T-shirt.

Important information:

Registration opens at 7:30AM.
The race will begin at 8:30AM and conclude at 9:30AM.
The race consists of two full laps around the track, the 3rd lap will be sign posted.
While you are onsite, please visit our sponsor’s booths. You can collect raffle tickets by visiting our sponsors. The prize winners will be announced after the race.
Arctic Rescue dogs will be in attendance, marked by orange bandanas and yellow “Adopt Me” leash covers.

Please hang out with us until the event concludes at 10AM!

Event rules:

Leashes are required: Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times during the race. Retractable leashes are not permitted. Please use standard fixed-length leashes. Hands free leashes are permitted but must not exceed 6 feet while running.
Controlled behavior: Owners are responsible for ensuring that their dogs are well-behaved and under control throughout the event.
Dog-to-handler ratio: Each participant is allowed to bring and handle only one dog, and participants handling dogs must be 16 or older.
Health check: Owners must ensure that their Huskies are in good health and physically capable of participating in a 5k run.
Hydration: There will be water and snack stations along the race route.
Cleanup: Owners are expected to clean up after their dogs during the event, including any waste they produce along the race route.
Race etiquette: Participants are expected to be courteous to other runners and dogs on the course, yielding when necessary and following any instructions from race officials.
Emergencies: In case of any medical emergencies involving dogs or owners during the race, please notify the nearest volunteer. If near the tented area, please proceed directly to the tent marked Medical.

10AM event concludes

Early bird registration is closed for $60 per participant.

Regular registration is closed for $75 per participant.

Please note these fees reflect the cost of the goods you will receive & necessary event materials. With each registration, we will need to collect individual runner information, emergency contacts, and waivers for media & liability.
