Xavier Rhapsody Memorial Scholarship Fund

On 9/14/2022 Xavier 'Rhapsody' Clanton lost his life to gun violence at the age of 19. Xavier was a gifted musician and lyricist whose light shined through music. As a member of the Centennial High School Jazz Band & Orchestra, and later as an independent artist, Xavier sought to inspire others using music. 

In partnership with his Mother Veronica Clanton-Higgins, Compton Advocates Coalition will honor Xavier's legacy by offering music scholarships to graduating Compton Unified School District Seniors who are excelling in music and art.
