Parent/Caregiver Respite Sessions – Monthly

When parents/caregivers are overwhelmed, the entire family feels it. But when parents are supported, children are safer, families are stronger, and the risk of neglect and abuse decreases.

Our Respite Groups offer parents and caregivers a chance to recharge, reset, and gain tools to handle stress in healthier ways. In a calm, welcoming space, they'll have the opportunity to:

✅ Take a meaningful break from daily demands
✅ Learn practical strategies to manage stress
✅ Connect with other caregivers
✅ Strengthen emotional resilience

We hope to make this stress free for parents and provide free meals in addition to the free childcare for children under age 6.
