Friends Membership

Why should I renew or join? Because you count! Many grants ask about our membership numbers and involvement - every person helps!

Connect with others with similar interests in the outdoors. Provide input on projects & events and plans that shape the future of county parks.

Membership with Friends of Jackson County Conservation is on a calendar year (January-December). Membership dues help sustain our organization. The dues collected each year help with regular ongoing expenses for our non-profit and further our mission. Thank you for helping us continue to do great things with conservation in Jackson County!

Members serve as volunteers for various programs and projects as well as raise funds for exhibits, conservation related projects, educational materials for programs and more.

Meetings:

Friends of Jackson County Conservation members meet quarterly to discuss projects and events. 2nd Tuesday of January, April, June and October at 6:00 pm. A potluck is held before each meeting at 5:30 pm for social time.

Friends Mission:
