Hi all, I am asking for donations for the Foil the Milfoil: the Moody Pond Challenge.  As you can read below, the health of our beautiful pond is at risk.  I live here, and walk my dog around the pond daily.  

You can join my team (the Otter team), make up a challenge and earn some support, for the pond.

I am also a member of Friends of Moody Pond which was organized by shore owners and neighbors in the community, who enjoy the recreation, and beauty of  this popular walking, biking, and jogging loop.  Many of us have volunteered many hours to this mission, and have met more neighbors in this place, I call home.  I have found my spot where I belong and can really be involved in  the community.

I am challenging myself to bike, walk, and hike 60 miles a week for the next 3 weeks.   I need to get my bicycle off of the rack, and start pedaling, this challenge will motivate me to ride, I walk 5 miles a day, due to owning a dog, and this will get us out there, for longer walks, also.   

To my friends who have not been to the Adirondacks, you have an open invitation, come check it out, we will put you up!
