Homeless Shelter Initiative

Clarksville Area Urban Ministries is leading the effort to bring our community’s first year-round, 24/7 homeless shelter to life, providing a place where safety, stability, and dignity come first. This initiative is more than a building; it is a lifeline.

Our goal is to create a shelter that remains open every day of the year, offering those in need consistent access to warmth, meals, showers, and supportive services that help them move forward. This project will serve as a hub of hope by connecting guests with case management, healthcare, employment resources, and long-term housing opportunities. 

Through this campaign, we are inviting our community to help establish a lasting solution to homelessness in Montgomery County. Together, we can ensure that no one has to sleep outside, regardless of the season or circumstance.
