Taking Full Circle into 2025 means...

1. Elevating volunteering and charity in the Bay Area! The Bay Area needs our support. Myriad factors have contributed to a global decline in giving. Full Circle is determined, committed, and positioned to play our part as a leader to turn up the dial on giving back to the Bay Area and furthering local social justice.

2. Delivering high quality and deep support to local nonprofit organizations by supporting their work with the resources they tell us they need: people and dollars. We are strategically growing our community of skilled volunteers and donors plugging in to service social justice nonprofits AND are committed to raising and granting unrestricted funds for our partners.

3. Welcoming and empowering the next generation of philanthropists. Millennials and Gen Z are skillful professionals and capable of being volunteering power houses. Some of the youngest professionals in today's workforce and are experiencing an epidemic of loneliness and disconnection. Full Circle's community members find meaning through hands on Projects and Circles and find new friends through their teams; the Full Circle experience of philanthropy is both fun and supports a lifetime of meaningful contribution.
