Full STEAM Ahead is aimed at educating youth about the wonders and benefits of STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math). Our mission is to welcome the innovators of tomorrow to explore the future of STEAM through an interactive, multifaceted experience. Interaction with not only the various stations but with each other is crucial for creating a community for STEAM learners through this event. This STEAM fair will consist of stations in each STEAM discipline, offering hands-on experiments and demonstrations for attendees. We hope to have high school specialty center representatives in attendance to show middle schoolers potential steps to continue pursuing their passion for STEAM in high school. Full STEAM Ahead offers a tailored experience for students in Chesterfield County that will encourage them to be the innovators of our future.

Full STEAM Ahead will take place at James River High School in the open and closed commons as well as the theater on Saturday, January 14th, 2023 from 2pm-5pm. Everyone is welcome to come and experience what Full STEAM Ahead has to offer. To be accessible for all, event admission will be free of charge. Donations are incredibly appreciated to allow this event to reach its full potential while remaining free to join us!
