Leukoencephalopathy with Calcifications and Cysts (LCC), also known as Labrune Syndrome, is a rare and debilitating neurological disease. It affects the brain's white matter and currently has no approved treatment and no cure. Every family facing an LCC diagnosis today is racing against a disease that medical research hasn't caught up to yet.

The LCC Foundation exists to close that gap.

We fund the research needed to understand LCC, support the patients and families living with it, and move the field toward real treatments — and ultimately, a cure.
