The A Shot For Life Courage Cup is a hybrid between an All-Star Game for the best soccer players in Northern New England and a fundraiser for cancer research. Players are first scouted from both public and private school leagues before being moved on to the interview phase. All participating athletes go through an interview and orientation before ultimately being selected.

A Shot For Life is new to Northern New England, but we currently have our 8 sport departments active in MA, CT, and RI. Players from Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine are all eligible for ASFL Northern NE events. All players go through a 3-step selection process. First they are scouted, after the scouting phase a select number of players are interviewed, and players who successfully pass the interview complete an orientation phase. All players have committed to using their talent to fund cancer research, and we are proud that they will be the first to wear our logo in Northern New England.
