This summer, I have the chance to go on my very first Mission trip. During this trip, I will be a part of a team that washes feet and delivers handmade shoes to children who often go without, while also sharing the love of Jesus and building relationships. It's a chance for me to make a hands-on difference in the lives of these children and to grow in my own faith and compassion. I am 8 years old and will be 9 when I leave for this trip. I am so very excited to meet new people and share the Gospel with them. I feel strongly that we are each called to share the good news of Jesus Christ. I think everyone should know Jesus, and I'm excited for the opportunity to wash feet and share the love of Jesus.  These shoes that we will be delivering are created by local artisans with regionally sourced materials. These shoes not only protect feet, but also provide jobs.  To make this trip possible, I need 35 pairs of shoes sponsored (each pair is $35). The 35 shoes ($1225) cover everything on my trip except my travel.
