Play is how children learn best, and one of the most powerful ways they develop essential skills is through caring for baby dolls. When young children pretend to feed, comfort, and nurture a baby, they're not just playing—they're building language, practicing empathy, and developing the social-emotional skills that are critical for kindergarten success. At Learning Home Volunteers, we've seen how children light up when they can imitate the caring adults in their lives, and baby doll play is consistently one of their favorite activities. Your donation will help us provide high-quality baby dolls as part of our home-delivered learning kits, ensuring that every child in our program has access to this meaningful play experience. Through these simple but powerful toys, families who once felt powerless now watch their children practice the nurturing, communication, and problem-solving skills they need to enter school ready to thrive—reversing generations of educational inequity, one loving moment of pretend play at a time.

Baby dolls are expensive! Who knew? The average prices for an 8 inch doll is $13. We would like to provide our little learners each with a doll. Awww... We currently have 200 learners. Could you some baby dolls for them to play with? Our goal is 100 dolls. Can you help?
