We’re grateful to the courageous organizers and workers who have led the way for Justice at Work. We’re also grateful to you, for joining us to provide the resources workers need to win. It’s great to have you with us.

You’ve now made it possible for us to work with over 20 worker organizations, and provide labor and employment legal services to over 3300 workers in low-paying jobs, since 2011. Together, we have obtained more than $13 million total on behalf of workers. We annually train over 200 worker organization staff and members and other advocates on their rights and how to access them.

Your support¹ ensured that in the past twelve months we have:

held monthly Deferred Action clinics in New Bedford, and in total help over 600 CCT members obtain the immigration benefit;
filed a class action lawsuit for workers against their bosses for not giving prior warning before a mass layoff and paying their last wages late; and
provided our first ever Practice Your Power four part leadership training in Haitian Creole.

These experiences remind us time and again of the massive scale of injustices occurring daily in low-wage workplaces and workers’ ability, when supported, to successfully build a better world. Let’s keep working together to amplify workers’ positive impact.
