Sunday, September 10th, at 3pm ET ISSUE Project Room and Brooklyn Music School, in partnership with Jazz Generation and KEYED UP!, present a workshop with internationally renowned musician and composer Roscoe Mitchell, joined by composer/clarinetist and 2020 Artist-In-Residence John McCowen. The improvisation workshop, for students of all ages, will take place at Brooklyn Music School in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. We encourage those who wish to participate to prepare a piece and arrive early. Please note: we cannot guarantee that all who RSVP will have a chance to play.
