Rules and Regulations

Any gifts over $25 made between January 7, 2026 and March 31th, 2026 will be automatically entered into a drawing for a THREE night stay at Stone Lantern House in Sitka, Alaska. Plus TWO tickets to our summer performance.

HOW TO ENTER: There will be one drawing with one winner chosen. Entries may be made by making a donation online, or by mailing a check. Mail donations must be received by March 28th, 2026.

No purchase necessary – to enter the drawing by mail, include your full name, complete address with zip code, state your age 21 and up, and day/evening phone numbers with area code, and email address and mail with proper postage to: Alaska Storytellers, 1326 Cannon Island Drive, Sitka, AK 99835. Entries by mail must be received by March 28th, 2025 to be entered in the drawing.

ELIGIBILITY: Anyone 21 years of age or older and in the United States can enter except employees, their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited by law.

PRIZE: The winner of the drawing will receive a THREE night stay at Stone Lantern House in Sitka, Alaska and TWO tickets to the Alaska Storytellers performance. Value up to $2,500.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: For every $25 increment your name automatically goes in the hat for more chances to win our prize (for example with a $100 donation you will get FOUR chances to win). One winning name and two back up names for the drawing will be selected by random drawing no later than April 1, 2026. Winner will be sent notification via telephone or email no later than April 2, 2026. If any winner is unable to collect their prize or does not respond to the notification within SEVEN days, the unawarded prize will go to the first back-up and subsequent back-ups until the prize is awarded. The chances of winning are dependent upon the number of entrants. The winners’ names will be kept on file and will be available by calling (907) 738-0665.

GENERAL: By participating in the Stone Lantern Drawing, participants agree to these Official Rules, and that Alaska Storytellers, its agents and employees will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from their use of the prize or their participation in the giveaway. Prize is nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. There can be no substitutions for a prize. Alaska Storytellers may use winners' name for publicity purposes without further compensation. Taxes and expenses as a result of winning this prize are the responsibility of the winner. Winner may receive a 1099 with the above stated value in accordance with applicable law.

RESTRICTIONS: Restrictions may apply. Some booking dates are restricted. Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and by all decisions of Alaska Storytellers with respect to the administration of the giveaway and the choice of winner.
