Guest Assistance Program at Hospitality House of Charlotte

Our Guest Assistance Program (GAP) was created to ensure that no guests are turned away due to an inability to pay. Medical expenses add up when receiving treatment on an ongoing basis, despite our rate being less than 20% of average Charlotte hotel fees.
