This August, incarcerated mothers at Logan Correctional Center will gather with their children for a back-to-school celebration rooted in faith, hope, and tangible support for learning.

Over shared meals, games, conversation, and faith-centered reflection, mothers will prepare their children for the school year together. Each child will leave with a backpack filled with essential school supplies and something equally important: the presence and reassurance of their mother, showing them firsthand that she is invested in their learning, growth, and future, even from behind prison walls.

This gathering celebrates God's love and redemption. It affirms that maternal bonds, educational dreams, and spiritual connection don't stop at prison gates. Through faith, we witness mothers' commitment to their children and honor the unbreakable family bonds that God sustains.
