GBCS students are walking for a cause! We are going to get exercise, promote school spirit, and raise funds for our wonderful school. Money raised will be used to pay for student field trips and other important learning opportunities for students from Kindergarten to 8th grade! Here are the ways you can help:

Business or community organization: Your logo or business name will be featured on our 2025 GBCS Walkathon T-shirt for a donation of $200 or more. Any and all donations are appreciated and will be highlighted on our social media sites and in school communications. Business sponsors payments were due by May 15, 2025. We are no longer accepting logos for T-Shirt Sponsors, but will gladly put them on our Donor Display Board and other school communication.
Student/Parent/Staff: You can easily donate here and share this site with others in your family and community who want to support your student/s in the Walkathon. When donating, select your child’s grade level where it says “Credit a team” and write the student’s name in the notes. Please make sure you select your child's grade level!
- Raise $300 or more: Be entered into a raffle for two tickets to Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom and receive a GBCS Walkathon T-Shirt
- Raise between $150 and $299: Be entered into a raffle for a $75 gift card for a local restaurant and receive a GBCS Walkathon T-Shirt
- Raise $30 or more: Get a 2025 GBCS Walkathon T-Shirt.
- Grade levels with $500 or more in donations will be awarded with a Movie Party!
All donations can be made electronically through this site. If you want to pay by check or cash, you may do so by submitting a completed Pledge Form and cash or check donation to your student's teacher.

T-Shirts

Students & Staff: $30.00 in sponsorship earns the walker a free T-Shirt, while supplies last. (Guaranteed for sponsors/donations entered before May 15.). If you would like to buy a shirt, please purchase by May 15, 2025.

Donations are tax-deductible and go directly to enrich the educational experience at GBCS. Our Tax ID is 223-449-114. Checks or money orders should be made payable to “Friends of the Greater Brunswick Charter School”.
