This September, in honor of National Suicide Prevention Month, Black People Die By Suicide Too (BPDBST) is launching a fundraising campaign to support our mission of preventing suicide within the Black community. We invite you to stand with us and contribute to a cause that is crucial in saving lives and promoting mental health awareness.
About BPDBST:
BPDBST was founded to address the often-overlooked issue of suicide within the Black community. We work tirelessly to break the silence, reduce stigma, and create a supportive environment where mental health is prioritized, and individuals feel empowered to seek help.
Why Your Support Matters
Suicide is a pressing issue that affects individuals and families across all demographics. For Black communities, the challenges are compounded by systemic barriers, cultural stigma, and a lack of accessible resources. Your support will help us increase awareness and understanding of mental health within the Black community through workshops, seminars, and community events. In addition, your donation helps to fund the development and distribution of educational materials that address mental health and suicide prevention.
Our Goal
Your donation, no matter the size, can make a significant impact. Our goal is to raise $4,000 by the end of September. With your help, we can reach this target and continue to support individuals and families in need. Thank you for standing with us in this vital mission. Together, we can make a difference and ensure that Black people not only survive but thrive. Please don't forget to share this campaign with others.
