Harvest of Hope

Our Harvest of Hope program ensures that senior citizens, families, and neighbors in need are nourished throughout the fall and winter seasons. As the weather grows colder and the holidays approach, too many tables are left empty. Through this program, Grateful Hearts Givings NJ Nonprofit provides fresh, organic produce and holiday food bags that bring comfort, dignity, and joy to our community. Together, we can make sure no one is forgotten this season of giving.
