The GOLDNLINK INC. was founded in 2020 as a response to the dearth of professional mentorship dedicated to Black Women who grow up, go to school, and work in predominantly white spaces.

Hi, my name is Layla and I’m the Founder and Co-Director of TheGOLDNLINK, Inc.! I started this business to show Black and Brown women everywhere that anything is possible; their goals to end cycles of poor health, their dream to move to a new country, their aspirations to become doctors, nurses, and healers, and their desire to start businesses.

All of our desires should be within reach.

But the reality is that Women of Color face barriers at every turn. From increased scrutiny from lenders, professors, and hiring managers; Black women are forced to combat decades of racism, colorism and misogyny. Enough!

We’re taking matters into our hands. With your support we can build a solid foundation for success through our multi-pronged initiatives:

Website- we’re building a comprehensive website where our community can practice professional networking, spiritual healing, and building friendships in a safe environment.

Programming- 1:1 Strategy Calls with Entrepreneurs, Virtual and In-Person Yoga and Meditation classes, Interviews with Industry Professionals, Personal/Professional Alignment Retreats, Blogs, and more!

Individualized Donations - Work 1:1 with Self-Funded WOC Entrepreneurs on business planning and funding to start up or sustain their initiatives.

Mentor/Mentee Matching Program - Through rigorous assessment we will match motivated young women with seasoned professionals who can compliment their work style and needs to explode their success.
