TRIP DETAILS This event includes a 4 Day/3 Night tour of the following museums: Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History in Detroit; August Wilson African American Culture Center in Pittsburgh; National Museum of African American History and Culture in D.C.; and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland. ** Children under the age of 12 will NOT be permitted to join GRAAMA’s inaugural bus trip Total Cost of the Trip is $600 and includes: - Transport and admission to all four (4) venues - Overnight hotel accommodation with occupancy two (2) per room - Beverages and snacks during the bus ride - One (1) Shoe Box Lunch in Detroit - And other surprises during the excursion ** Meals are NOT covered by GRAAMA $200 is REQUIRED to secure a seat (the bus capacity 56 passengers). GRAAMA will accept payments as low as $50, but that does NOT secure a bus seat until the $200 requirement is met. GRAAMA will forward an email which will document your payment, as well as balance, if applicable. Payments may be received via Debit and Credit Card, PayPal, Venmo, ACH, ApplePay, GooglePay, through our website at: https://www.graama.org/ or via Check and Cash by mail or in person at: GRAAMA, 87 Monroe Center, Grand Rapids, 49503. Hours payments may be dropped off at the museum are Tuesday - Saturday between 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM. The deadline for TOTAL payment towards the bus tour is September 15, 2024. If the tour bus is sold out prior to you securing your seat, although you have made payment(s), 100% of your deposit will be returned. Should you fail to pay the outstanding balance by the payment deadline of September 15, 2024, although you were able to secure a seat, you will NOT be permitted to accompany the bus tour. GRAAMA will return (50%) of monies received towards the trip. If you cancel after September 15, 2024 GRAAMA will return 0% of monies received towards the trip.
