If you’ve been around for a while, you know we used to host beginner backcountry meetups on Meadow Mountain and Grouse — and even a few unforgettable hut trips.
To bring those experiences back, and to deepen our commitment to real backcountry skiing, we’re strengthening our risk management plan to keep everyone safe and prepared.
If this mission speaks to you, consider pitching in to help us reach our $1,500 goal.
Every dollar moves us closer to bringing back the stoke — safely.
The Gore Range Gravity Alliance is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit. Our mission is to provide women the opportunity to grow their skillset in their outdoor pursuits while fostering community and creating lasting relationships.
We partner with female experts to offer classes such as avalanche awareness, mapping and navigation, safety and preparedness, avalanche rescue techniques and practice, mountain bike maintenance, etc.
We also host unguided outdoor activity meetups to provide opportunities for women to develop relationships. It's important to us that there is a social and conversational aspect to these events so not only can our members meet new people to adventure with, but they can learn from their peers and empower one another.
