Let's all come together to help ensure that students in need are taken care of for the summertime!
SU's Graduate Student Council presents the GSC Food Drive to collect non-perishable food and personal care items for the Wicomico High School Food Pantry here in Salisbury, Maryland. In collaboration with the Maryland Food Bank, Wicomico High School started the WiHi Food Pantry to provide essential items for students in need and is open to all Wicomico High students regardless of age or income level. Due to the current health crisis, we understand that things aren't completely back to normal right now, so the GSC has set up this online fundraiser for those who want to contribute, but cannot drop-off donation items in person! The GSC will be collecting monetary donations for the WiHi Food Pantry through this GiveButter fundraiser from March 1 through April 30, 2021, and all proceeds will go towards buying additional items for the food pantry. Whatever the amount -- even if all you can contribute is $1 -- please know that your donation is helpful and very appreciated and will help to ensure that students and their families in our community are taken care of! Feel free to share the link to this fundraiser with family and friends!

If you are interested in donating food or toiletry items, please note that the donation drop-off box is located outside the Graduate Student Lounge in Guerrieri Academic Commons (on the 2nd floor, right above Hungry Minds)!
