GSD is hosting an informative event to discuss the importance of safe firearms/home safety ownership and training for defensive purposes only.

This event is designed for individuals who wish to gain a deeper understanding of responsible firearm procurement, proper licensure, ownership, safety handling and storage at home, training and the critical role it plays in civilian safety.

What to Expect:

• Firearms Exhibit: View and hold a range of firearms from handguns to semi-automatic rifles (AR platforms). Learn about their specific designs and applications in a civilian defensive context.

• Educational Session: Gain insights into choosing the right type of firearm and gear for personal or home defense.

• Safety Demonstrations: Learn best practices for safely storing, handling, and using firearms to ensure the safety of you and your loved ones. There is absolutely no live live-fire at this event.

• Gear Selection: 9mm, 45cal, red dot, gun light, IWB/OWB? We will explain and show you the right gear for the right job.

• Guidance on Firearms Licensing: Receive expert guidance on the steps and requirements for obtaining proper firearms licenses in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.

• Training Opportunities: Understand the importance of proper training and continuous practice for responsible firearm use. Chance to sign up for GSD live-fire training throughout the year.

This is a viewing and educational event only—no live fire or firearm sales will take place. Our goal is to foster a culture of safety, responsibility, and knowledge among firearm owners and the community.

Joe conducts training for the game of life, where the knowledge and skills learned in training may one day translate over to the streets or battlefield, determining life or death.

Joe has been an expert firearms instructor for nearly two decades training military, law enforcement and civilians. Joe is Co-Founder of Modern Material, a firearms manufacturer in New Jersey, that provides solutions for the law enforcement community. Their unique relationships with training partners, equipment manufacturers and line rifles makes Modern Materiel a one stop shop for law enforcement agencies around the country.

Concerned about the growing state of antisemitism and local issues, GSD expanded their training to include defensive handgun and carbine training.

Since 10/7, the founders of GSD have sought out and travelled across the country to train with the best instructors learning handgun and carbine tactics for self-defense alongside special forces soldiers, law enforcement and other concerned civilians.

Their goal is constant improvement and to bring these skills and knowledge back to our community.

This journey not only improved their skills but also strengthened their awareness, knowledge, and commitment to assist others in this important journey.
