The second location of Stokes Nature Center is almost a reality! We broke ground in August 2024 after more than 20 years of planning and dreaming of how to serve more people in our Cache Valley community. With your help, we can not only create a dynamic and engaging outdoor classroom in the heart of Nibley, but also preserve this beautiful 11 acres as a wildlife refuge in our rapidly growing valley.

Your donation to this campaign helps us achieve a matching donation from the George and Delores Dore Eccles Foundation to ensure construction and programming that is as impactful as always at Stokes Nature Center. Our goal for Giving Tuesday is $10,000 which is 10% of the remaining amount we have to achieve the match. Not only that, your gift makes us eligible for a grant from Givebutter, which means your donation could be tripled! Every contribution matters and gets us one step closer to a second nature preschool, more field trips, more nature adventures for all people, and a beautiful space that provides a home for native birds, pollinators, and trees. For the first 40 people who give $100 or more (which would be almost halfway to our goal!) on Giving Tuesday (December 3, 2024), you can choose between a jar of honey harvested from bees on this very Nibley property or a unique treat from Fenrir Roasters and Aggie Chocolates: Chocolate Covered Coffee Beans! Your choice - both make a great gift but we won't tell if you keep them for yourself.
